Fantastic breakfast selection with all the names and the Oyster, as for instance. Our hotel rooms were spotless and luxurious, with beds comfortable. The location was marvellous and brilliant and the staff were courteous.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the Hong Kong Coliseum. the double room with Lounge access had a 6-seat round dining table, offering fantastic views of the Harbour.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation services, making it easy for us to explore the city and the harbor front. The staff was incredibly helpful in directing us to safe areas and providing information about transportation options, such as the K4 shuttle to the airport. we had a great experience with cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location close to the harbor front, and the helpfulness of the staff.

My family and I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in a prime location for our second trip to this vibrant city. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after our long flight. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the harbor. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, shopping centers, and halal restaurants. a place we would definitely visit again.

As someone with physical handicaps, I found the location of the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers to be excellent. It is conveniently situated right on Tsim Sha Tsui, next to the biggest mall. The proximity to the MTR station made it easy for me to access different places around the city. Additionally, the hotel offers a supermarket within the premises, which was convenient for purchasing snacks at reasonable prices.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

One aspect that could be improved is the limited TV channels available in English, with only news and Nat Geo and Discovery channels being offered.

Our stay at the Sheraton was fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, right off of Nathan Road and near the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. I highly recommend this hotel for a enjoyable stay.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of Sheraton. The hotel is close to Victoria Harbor and offers stunning views. The rooms were well-appointed and the staff provided excellent service. The proximity to Avenue of Stars and the Star Ferry made it easy for me to explore Hong Kong. The room size was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, providing a comfortable stay. Free wifi in the main lobby was an added bonus.
